Celebrity Roundup: James Cameron, Friend of Golf, Selling Malibu Ranchland

Celebrity items, warmed over but warm nonetheless: James Cameron has put his Golf Course-sized Malibu ranchland on the market. He owns 730 acres, room for a championship golf course and lots of houses, and is asking $25 million. Did we mention lately that there is a scandalous shortage of golf courses on the Westside?

Over at RealEstalker, news that Joely Fisher is selling her tricked-up and flipped-out ‘Zen Crafstman’ in Encino. Four bedrooms, just under 3,500 square feet, $4.75 million.

And it turns out shrewd internet retailer Jeff Bezoz drove a hard bargain on the Beverly Hills house (pictured above) he bought next door to the Cruise crib. Big Time Listings says he paid ONLY $24.45 million, not the ‘nearly $30 millon’ first reported. Seven bedrooms and just under 12,000 square feet. Lots of room for books, one supposes.
