Manhattan Beach Confidential reports that there is a mini-glut of super-high-end homes for sale in the pricey ‘walk streets’ of Manhattan Beach:
If you love the area, suddenly there’s a lot to choose from. The walkstreet inventory west of Highland at this writing includes 15 SFRs.... A year ago, there was just one single home in this category on the market.... Six months ago, in April, there were 4.... So, is west of Highland desirable? Yes. Is it selling? Not really.
Among the sellers, according to the reliable and reliably entertaining Real Estalker, is Dodger right-hander Derek Lowe (pictured), who is looking to unload his Mediterranean-style 4-bedroom home for $5.7 million.
