Lazarus: Legalize and tax prostitution

In his latest video, consumer columnist David Lazarus takes on the issue of prostitution, which Nevada officials are toying with taxing out in that state’s hinterlands.

Lazarus thinks that doesn’t go far enough. He’d like to see prostitution legalized, regulated and taxed for the benefit of customers and the economy. And he’s not talking only about Nevada.
