“Ugly Betty” star America Ferrera has listed her Hollywood Hills house, with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms in 3,427 square feet, at $1,599,000.

The master bedroom suite, with two walk-in closets, a corner fireplace and a large balcony, and an adjacent loft-style office occupy the entire upper level of the home, built in 1993.

Public records show she bought the property in 2008 for $1,415,000.

In Ferrera’s 90068 ZIP Code, 195 single-family homes sold in 2009 at a median price of $930,000, according to MDA DataQuick. That was a 7% drop from 2008.
