It’s easier to find an hour-long massage for less than $50, thanks to the tough economy, Andrea Chang reports. But here’s the rub -- you won’t get amenities you might expect at an expensive spa. Low-cost massage boutiques have surged in popularity in the Southland, but they don’t offer the bathrobes, slippers and, often, privacy, you might find for more money.
