Sarah Palin has a book, ‘Going Rogue.’

Hillary Clinton has a book, ‘It Takes a Village.’

But on the eve of the release of Palin’s memoirs, a day in which Palin is appearing on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ and Clinton is traveling through Asia as secretary of state, Palin does not have what it takes to be president, most surveyed say.

But Clinton does.

Just 28% of those surveyed by the CNN and Opinion Research Corp. say Palin, the former governor of Alaska, is qualified to serve as president -- and 70% say she is not.

The former first lady has the confidence of 67% of those surveyed, with 32% saying no.
