As the president went through his morning workout Wednesday at the AspenActive gym near his hotel in Des Moines -- a Hampton Inn (Hilton bonus points) -- the reporting pool following him cooled its heels in a nearby coffee shop.

The people at Devil’s Due are Obama fans.

Devil’s Due founder and President Josh Blaylock has explained that the company drew its inspiration for the series from a half-dozen other Obama comics, including the president’s appearance in Spider-Man, as well as from the president’s own fondness for collecting ‘Conan the Barbarian’ comics.
