Carly Fiorina discussed her opposition to California’s greenhouse gas law. ‘We are falling behind in innovation and we are falling behind in energy innovation,’ she said.

‘The reason I believe AB 32 is a bad idea is because to deal with global warming requires a serious global solution,’ she said. ‘Scientists agree that a single state or a single nation acting alone can have no impact on global warming.’

She said she would urge bilateral talks with China about reducing global greenhouse gas emissions.
