Voters oppose suspending state’s greenhouse-gas law

California voters want new limits on greenhouse-gas emissions to stand, despite the state’s near record-high unemployment and struggling economy. That’s the finding of a new Los Angeles Times/USC poll. The poll found Proposition 23, which would put the new emissions standards on hold, is supported by 32% of likely voters, with 48% opposed.
