‘Law & Order: SVU’ about to close up shop

When ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ finishes filming its current episode, that will be it for that NBC staple, show runner Neal Baer said today. ‘We’re shooting a show now and that’s it. After that, we have nothing in the pipeline.’ (More on how many episodes of shows have been written.)
According to the show runner, ‘SVU’ actors all plan to head for the picket line in NYC tomorrow.
