Parks and Recreation: As a judge in the Miss Pawnee Pageant, Leslie (Amy Poehler) disagrees with the other judges about what constitutes an ideal woman (8:30 p.m. NBC).

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation: Langston and Willows (Laurence Fishburne, Marg Helgenberger) focus their investigation on residents of an upscale neighborhood after a porn producer and a drug dealer are found dead in the area. George Eads, Jorja Fox, Paul Guilfoyle and Eric Szmanda also star in the new episode (9 p.m. CBS).

Grey’s Anatomy: Izzie returns to work as Seattle Grace residents hope to avoid layoffs (9 p.m. ABC).

The Mentalist: As Lisbon (Robin Tunney) and the team investigate the murder of a state senator’s intern, Jane (Simon Baker) concentrates on finding out what new information has been uncovered on the Red John case. The Real Housewives of Atlanta: As NeNe distances herself from them, Kandi and Kim team up to finish recording ‘Tardy for the Party,’ then head for their joint birthday party, where Big Papa has a big surprise for Kim (10 p.m. Bravo).

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia: Mac and Dennis try to keep the bar afloat in the tough economic times in this new episode of the raunchy comedy (10 p.m. FX).

Speeders Fight Back: In the premiere of this new series a traffic defendant fights a ticket issued while he was on vacation in Mexico (10 p.m. TRU).
