The High Low Project: In each episode of this new series, Sabrina Soto makes over a room with top-of-the-line furniture and decor, then replaces each item with something equally appealing but much less expensive (8:30 p.m. HGTV).

Game Time: Tackling the Past: Ryan McPartlin stars as a football player who returns to his hometown for the first time in years when his father (Beau Bridges) has a heart attack in this new TV drama (8 p.m. NBC).

Megamind: What happens after a villain succeeds in eliminating the hero (Brad Pitt) who’s long been pursuing him? That’s the question faced by the title bad guy (Will Ferrell) in this sly animated fantasy. Tina Fey, Ben Stiller, David Cross and Jonah Hill are also in the vocal cast (8 p.m. HBO).

Committed: A psychologist (Andrea Roth ) relocates to a remote psychiatric facility and discovers that she has been committed in this new TV drama (9 p.m. Lifetime).
