Chuck: When they learn that an assassin is trying to take down the new Intersect, Chuck and Sarah (Zachary Levi, Yvonne Strahovski) go undercover at a Buy More convention in this new episode (8 p.m. NBC).
Kitchen Nightmares: Gordon Ramsay steps in to help at Greek at the Harbor, a restaurant in Ventura Harbor, suffering from inconsistent food, poor service and a stubborn staff in this new episode (8 p.m. Fox).
SoCal Connected: The local news magazine series looks at the possible closures of adult day care health centers as a result of proposed cuts in the state budget (8:30 p.m. KCET).
Grimm: Nick’s (David Giuntoli) investigation into a series of deaths and disappearances leads to an undercover assignment for Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) in this new episode (9 p.m. NBC).
Supernatural: Sam, Dean and Bobby (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Jim Beaver) set up camp in a park to investigate sightings of the Jersey Devil in this new episode (9 p.m. KTLA).
Fringe: The team investigates the mysterious death of a man whose body turned stark white after he died (9 p.m. Fox).
Boss: When information that’s been under wraps surfaces, Kane (Kelsey Grammer) and his people are pulled into a battle with the media for control of how the public perceives the situation in this new episode (10 p.m. Starz).

Women Who Rock: This new special — Inspired by the “Women Who Rock: Vision, Passion, Power” exhibit at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame — traces the indelible mark that amazing female musicians, including Bessie Smith, Janis Joplin and Lady Gaga, have made on American music (9 p.m. KOCE).
MOVIES
Four Lions: In this 2009 comedy-drama five Muslims living in a nondescript British suburb and dream of bombing themselves into the afterlife, but these “four lions” are the most inept band of bumblers since the Three Stooges. Kayvan Novak, Riz Ahmed and Nigel Lindsay star (7:30 p.m. Showtime).
