The Cubs are playing the Dodgers today, so Lou Piniella feels the need to tell fans in Chicago not to be overconfident. It’s OK, though, if they giggle a lot.

The Chicago Tribune is still predicting Cubs over Dodgers in five.

At the Sun-Times, they all like the Dodgers -- to fall in four or five.

But a Tribune columnist warns fans against the most daunting foe, the Cubs’ history.

Joe Torre doesn’t believe in curses.
