Many of the Red Sox have grown weary of the repeated questions about Manny Ramirez, their former teammate who hit home runs in each of the Dodgers’ playoff wins. But that’s mainly because they haven’t seen much of Manny since their luxury Orange County hotel doesn’t get ESPN.

ESPN2 and ESPN News, yes. But the channel devoted to ESPN and ‘SportsCenter’ has been out all week, a hotel employee said Friday.

‘I called the front desk 17 times. It didn’t do any good,’ laughed one member of the Red Sox staff. ‘Finally they told me not to call anyone because it wasn’t going to bring the signal back.’
