If you’re watching the World Series tonight from the comfort of your living room or your neighborhood sports bar ... be glad. You’ll probably see plenty of ski caps and parkas in Philadelphia’s Citizen Bank Park, with weather forecast that calls for light rain all night and temperatures in the low 40s, which will only feel colder with winds from 10-15 mph.

Rays Manager Joe Maddon dropped Carlos Pena and Evan Longoria, a combined 0 for 29 in the World Series, from tonight’s lineup.

Maddon moved Carl Crawford from No. 5 to No. 2. Crawford has two of the Rays’ three home runs in the Series; pinch-hitter Eric Hinske has the other. The Phillies have nine.

Maddon said he is counseling his players to forget about the Rays’ 3-1 deficit and the need to win three consecutive games, and just to focus on this motto: Win tonight’s game.

‘I know how stupidly simple that sounds,’ Maddon said.
