5 Canadiens legends + 3 Ducks + 4 other All-Stars = 49 Stanley Cups

The NHL All-Star game, held in Montreal, was awash in history as the stars of today met up with some legends of the past.

Before the puck was dropped today, the league invited those All-Stars who have a Stanley Cup on their resumes to pose with the five living legends of the Montreal Canadiens.

Those legends, each of whom were given a moment in the spotlight during today’s game, have a combined 39 Cup titles. The seven current stars -- three of them Ducks: Scott Niedermayer, Jean-Sebastien Giguere and Ryan Getzlaf -- have a combined 10 Cup titles.

Each active player has one Cup title with the exception of Niedermayer, who has four.
