With the Pacific 10 tournament beginning at Staples Center tonight, UCLA guard Darren Collison made it through about two-thirds of the Bruins’ practice in nearby Westwood, the team announced.

The senior is recovering from a bruised tailbone suffered in a hard fall against Oregon last weekend.

As the No. 2-seeded team, the Bruins got a first-round bye. Collison is expected to play tomorrow in their opening game against the winner of tonight’s matchup between No. 7 Washington State and No. 10 Oregon.
