Last month, Oregon State basketball Coach Craig Robinson was asked whether the security around him had changed since President Obama, his brother-in-law, was inaugurated.

‘All I can say is I’m not permitted to talk about security anymore,’ Robinson said.

That pretty much answered the question.

But for a visual response, when Oregon State played USC on Saturday, the Beavers had one person who didn’t seem too interested in the game (cue the ‘Dragnet’ theme). In fact, during the national anthem, the gray-haired man in a suit never looked at the flag. During player introductions, he never once looked out at the court. Instead, he scanned the stands.

Of course, security doesn’t appear to be too heavy. The Beavers have yet to use a player who is wearing dark glasses and an earpiece.
