The attorney for Ultimate Fighting Championship lightweight champion B.J. Penn filed a 20-page formal complaint Thursday to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, asking that Penn’s Jan. 31 loss to welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre be nullified.

The commission has scheduled a Tuesday hearing to weigh whether to discipline St-Pierre, who won by TKO after pounding Penn for four rounds but saw his lead trainer and cornerman scolded for applying excessive amounts of slippery Vaseline on his shoulders and back during the fight.
