Twitter mania: Or is it stalking?

Started wondering about Twitter when I was warming up for the NBA playoffs, Lakers vs. Jazz, by posting a few random items and links to other stories on my own account.

I’ve quickly realized there is something strangely addictive about it. Really, do I need to know what Shaq is doing, or thinking, all the time? Or that Baron Davis is bored and headed to the gym?

Of course not.

But it is often amusing. Especially on days where you need a laugh or two.

Which brings me to Steve Nash. His tweets are not nearly as numerous as Shaq’s but they are frequently entertaining. About half an hour ago, he posted this amusing tweet:

‘My dad just beat me in tennis. He’s 62. He did a triple fist pump on match point. Irritating?! It’s been that kind of season!’

My guess is that Steve wins the next match.
