Fox Sports has Lakers plans

Fox Sports is teaming with Sun Sports for a combined NBA Finals post-game show after each Lakers-Magic game called, creatively enough, ‘Lakers vs. Magic: The Showdown.’

After Games 1, 2 and, if necessary, 6 and 7 in Los Angeles, the show will broadcast from Star Plaza outside Staples Center. Fox Sports West’s Lakers play-by-play announcer Joel Meyerswill be joined by Fox Sports West’s Lakers analyst Stu Lantz and Sun Sports/Fox Sports Florida’s Magic analyst Matt Guokas. Sun Sports/Fox Sports Florida’s Magic play-by-play announcer David Steele and Fox Sports West’s Patrick O’Neal will deliver reports and interviews.

From Orlando, for Games 3, 4 and, if necessary, 5, the show will be at the Club Blue inside Amway Arena. Steele will host with Guokas and Lantz on the set.
