There were only six cars entered in the new S2 division at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale on Saturday night, but two of the cars had impressive drivers behind the wheels.

Kendell Lopez, an 18-year-old from Independence, Mo., set the fast time in qualifying for the first S2 race at the track on July 11.
