Single-game tickets for L.A. Kings regular-season home games at Staples Center go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m., the club announced.

Single-game tickets for the home opener against the Atlanta Thrashers on Oct. 12, and the club’s two preseason games against Phoenix on Sept. 23 and the Ducks on Sept. 28 are already on sale.

The Kings, who open the regular season on the road against Vancouver on Oct. 9 and Calgary on Oct. 10, play 11 games in October, four of them at home. They will host the Canucks on Oct. 15 as part of a rematch from last year’s first-round NHL Stanley Cup playoff series, and the Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks on Nov. 27.

FOR THE RECORD: An earlier version of this post incorrectly reported the Kings open the season on the road against Vancouver and Atlanta. They open on the road against Vancouver and Calgary.

The Kings said 97% of their season seats from last year have been renewed and are projecting a record season-seat base and record ticket sales.
