Recruiting: USC continues to mine Gardena Serra connection with Marqise Lee

USC struck gold last year when it signed receiver Robert Woods from Gardena Serra High.

Woods came in and made an immediate impact last season, earning freshman All-America honors for his play as a kick returner and receiver.

USC Coach Lane Kiffin went back to the well on Wednesday as Serra’s Marqise Lee announced he would join the Trojans.

Later Wednesday, Serra receiver George Farmer is expected to announce that he will attend USC. Farmer made a verbal commitment to the Trojans in December.
