Andrea Chang is a technology reporter at the Los Angeles Times. She previously covered retail for the Business section. Andrea graduated from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and has written for the St. Petersburg Times, the Oregonian and the San Jose Mercury News. She grew up in Cupertino, Calif., a Bay Area suburb that became a lot more well-known after the iPod, and joined the Times in 2007.
