Hugo Valencia, 19, a Latino young man, was shot multiple times in the 4700 block of East 56th Street in Maywood, and died at 5:33 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20.

Update: Sheriff’s detectives have cleared this case. A latino suspect was arrested.
