Moises Contreras, 17, a Latino youth, was shot in the head and calf at 1522 Cedar Ave. in Long Beach, and died at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22.

Long Beach officers got a ‘shots fired’ call. They arrived to find Moises dead in front of a home. Nothing else was released by Long Beach P.D. except a number for the detectives--Long Beach Dets. Russ Moss and Terri Hubert, (562) 570-7244.
