Frankie Buelna, 61, a Latino man, died in the same double homicide as Enrique Sanchez, 26, below.

Both were caught in a shooting in the Characters Sports Bar at 276 E. First St. in Pomona on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 9:27 p.m. Officers responding to a call of a shooting there found three men down inside the bar. Sanchez died at the scene and Buelna was airlifted to County-USC hospital, where he died from his wounds during or after surgery, at about 1:10 a.m. Nov. 14. A third victim is expected to survive.
