Wilson Rodriguez, an 18-year-old young Latino man, was fatally shot in an apparent gang-related killing in 1520 85th Street at 2:55 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 3:28 p.m. Rodriguez was outside talking to a child when a black man walked up and shot him at close range. Authorities say the shooter fled in a silver four-door vehicle.
