Matthew Zabaneh, 20, a Latino man, was stabbed at 11937 Magnolia St. in El Monte at about 10:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18. Zabaneh was transported by ambulance to County USC-Medical Center, where he died on Jan. 21. His time of death was listed as 7:59 p.m., according to a coroner’s report.
