Benjamin Deleon Jr., 28, a Latino man, was shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting at 4064 Sterling Way in Baldwin Park at about 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5. Deleon was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:53 a.m.
