South Los Angeles: Man, 37, shot to death

Gregory Thomas, a 37-year-old black man, died of multiple gunshot wounds on Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, in the 10000 block of Budlong Avenue in unincorporated South Los Angeles, according to coroner’s records.
During a memorial for Thomas, an unknown man opened fire and killed two other men: Keith Orange, 45, and Joe Carl Caver, 26.
