Compton: Man, 23, shot in the head

Eder Sosa Vicencio, a 23-year-old Latino, was shot in the head while he was driving his car April 16, 2009 in the 700 block of North Acacia Avenue in Compton, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.

Vicencio was shot by a black man who was walking northbound on Acacia Avenue, officials said. His car hit another vehicle, and the two people who were inside fled the scene before police arrived.
