Norwalk: Woman, 49, stabbed

Linda Brown, a 49-year-old white woman, died on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 nearly two weeks after she was stabbed in the groin in the 13900 block of Fairford Avenue in Norwalk, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
Her son, Robert Brown, 27, has been charged with her murder as well as the attempted murder of his father, officials said.
The incident happened at Linda Brown’s home at about 10:20 p.m. on Friday, March 13. Robert Brown lived with his parents, and stabbed both of them for an unknown reason, authorities said.
