Eddie Magana-Navarro, a 19-year-old Latino, was shot several times in the head and neck in the 1200 block of West San Bernardino Road in Covina on Monday, June 1, according to Los Angeles County coroner’s officials.
The San Gabriel Valley Tribune reported that Magana-Vavarro was shot about 4 p.m. while standing outside of a 7-Eleven market.
The shooter was described as a Latino in his early 20s wearing a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball cap, an untucked, white, button-down shirt, and jeans, according to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.
