South Hills (0-1) vs. La Habra (1-0)
Site, time: La Habra, 7 p.m.
Player to watch: La Habra WR Pedro Puga
Last season: La Habra, 27-10
Prediction: La Habra — This is a difficult nonleague game.

I like Adam’s predictions (sorry Maranatha fans), but there are better ‘player(s) to watch.’

In the Maranatha-St. Margeret’s game, the running backs are the players to keep an eye on -- the Minutemen’s Mark Love and the Tartans’ Hunter Steffien, who rushed for three touchdowns and 217 yards last week.

In the South Hills-La Habra game, the ones to watch are the Huskies’ all-purpose player Dorian Wells and the Highlanders’ quarterback Chris Morales.
