A freshman for Mater Dei sang the National Anthem. Now that takes guts.

Mater Dei has five guys starting both ways, including a number of its skill players. That could be a big factor come the fourth quarter against a team like Centennial.

Mater Dei’s side at Santa Ana Stadium is about 90% full; Centennial’s is about 85%.
