Defending champion: Foothill

How it shakes out: This season will probably come down to the same two teams it came down to a year ago, Foothill (4-1) and Trabuco Hills (4-1). Trabuco Hills has allowed only 45 points through five games but have scored only 84, which may not be enough to outscore Foothill, which has has averaged 41 points behind QB Chad Miller and RB Michael Camacho. They meet on Oct. 19.
