Shoemate leads Servite past Santa Margarita

There was plenty of scoring in the fourth quarter, but most of it was done by Servite (5-1, 1-0) and DJ Shoemate in a 32-15 Trinity League victory over Santa Margarita.

He had TD runs of eight and 33 yards, and he finished with 31 carries for 184 yards ... and four touchdowns.

Carlo Audagnotti scored on another long run, giving him TD runs of 51 and 48 for Santa Margarita (3-3, 0-1).

The parking garage has cleared finally -- there were a lot of people here at Brea -- and I’m going to head home for some final thoughts that I will post a little later.
