No sooner than I officially write off Canyon, the Comanches score.

There will be no fourth shutout of the season for El Dorado, and it only has its offense to blame. Brenan Ghassemieh returned an interception 82 yards for a score, but the PAT was blocked.

El Dorado leads, 35-6, because Kane Wilson passed 46 yards to Nolan Sheldon moments after Canyon’s score.

There’s one quarter left, and I’m convinced more than ever that this one is over.
