Vista Murrieta satisfied my curiosity tonight, making it look easy in a 40-14 victory over visiting Temescal Canyon in a Southwestern League showdown.

The Broncos have a number of options on offense, but the most impressive tonight was running back Bradley Randle, who rushed for three touchdowns and ran as hard as any high school kid I’ve seen this season.

‘He was just an animal,’ said Vista Murrieta Coach Coley Candaele. ‘He kind of disappeared last week and he was a force this week.’

Randle and the Broncos can’t let up in practice next week, as they visit Chaparral on Friday. The Pumas feature Colorado-bound quarterback Tyler Hansen and he can really wing the ball.

I’m not sure this match up will be worth another 3 1/2-hour drive though.
