Orange County cancels all athletic events for week

All football games scheduled to be played this week in Orange County have been canceled, according to county superintendent Bill Habermehl, who spoke on Fox news this morning.

‘We had a conference call with all of our districts and superintendents and their representatives this morning to talk about the air quality and the decision about, not only athletics, but other extracurricular activities, and the weather and air is so bad here in Orange County and all of Southern California that all 15 of our district suprintendents decided to cancel all athletic events and extracurricular activities through the weekend.’
