You just know Hollis made Hoyas happy

You just know Georgetown Coach John Thompson III dug what he heard. Surely, somebody recently dished him the news on how his most recent recruit -- Loyola junior Hollis Thompson -- performed in his first two games this season.

Hollis, the 6-foot-8 forward who committed to Georgetown last week, cranked out 26 points in the season opener versus Lynwood, then tossed up 25 last night against Redondo, leading the No. 16-ranked Cubs to a 2-0 start.

And you know the Hoya coach will be hearing good things about Hollis Thompson all season long.
