San Luis Obispo Mission Prep junior Jordan Hasay, the Footlocker national champion two years ago, finished first in 17 minutes 17 seconds Saturday at the Footlocker West Regional at Mt. San Antonio College. She was followed by Lauryn Chetelat of Davis, the Division I state champion, in 17:28.

Kauren Tarver of Phelan Serrano finished fourth in 17:36, making her a rare four-time qualifier for the national championships. Hasay and Tarver were the lone Southland girls’ runners to finish among the top eight, who qualify for the Footlocker National Championships next Saturday at Balboa Park in San Diego.
