South Hills’ defense comes to the rescue

With so much talk about top-seeded El Dorado’s defense, people may have forgotten about South Hills’ defense.
The Huskies are reminding them. They have forced four turnovers tonight. Their latest was a 55-yard interception return for a TD by Eric Glasser that gave South Hills a 17-10 lead with 5:06 left in the game.
After the Huskies scored, El Dorado’s Ryan Cardenas ran up and down his team’s sideline, slapping his teammates on their helmets to get them going.
