Can’t-miss basketball games coming up at Westchester

The Westchester boys’ basketball tournament semifinals Friday night are going to be rocking and rolling.

At 8:30 p.m., it’s Westchester taking on Bishop Montgomery. At 7 p.m., it’s Dominguez against Taft.

Dominguez overpowered Washington on Thursday, getting 27 points from Jordan Hamilton, in winning, 78-48. The Dons will have to deal with Taft’s full-court press.

It’s two terrific early season games, and Saturday’s 7:30 final ought to be one to remember. Probably worth battling a little crosstown traffic even.
