Morro Bay senior DE Jerome Long has committed to San Diego State after making an official recruiting trip to Aztec country over the weekend. Long could play TE for the Aztecs, but it looks as if he’s going to see most of his time in college of the defensive side of the ball.

As a senior, Long played an integral role in helping the Pirates win their first league title since 1971. The 6-foot-5, 250-pounder had 68 tackles and 4.5 sacks and was named the Los Padres League Lineman of the Year. Here’s some highlights of the guy in action.
