ESPNU will reveal the rosters for the 2008 McDonald’s All-American game live at 3:30 this afternoon. And sources have confirmed that DeMar DeRozan of Compton, Jrue Holiday of Campbell Hall, Larry Drew of Taft and Malcolm Lee of Riverside North will be announced as members of the West team for the festivities being held in late March at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee.

USC-bound DeRozan, and Holiday, heading to UCLA, were expected to make the team. Drew, who committed to North Carolina, might have been considered as a bit of a long shot by some, but his selection is worthy, no doubt. Same goes for Lee, who will join Holiday at UCLA.

Another member of the West roster is Brandon Jennings, a native of Los Angeles who played at Compton Dominguez during his freshman and sophomore seasons before transferring to Oak Hill Academy in Virginia. The point guard committed to Arizona.

As for the girls, Jasmine Dixon of Long Beach Poly and Nikki Speed of Marlborough made the West team. Beyond that, both will play college ball at Rutgers. Expect plenty of follow-up information on each McDonald’s All-American in the next couple of days.
