Taft leads after first quarter against King

It’s the semifinals of the Southern California Regional Division I playoffs, and top-seeded Taft leads Riverside King, 19-16, after the first quarter.
Terran Carter has scored four baskets and Larry Drew Jr. has three. Drew is penetrating and scoring or dishing off.
But the big news is that King’s Eric Wise has been unstoppable, scoring 13 points. King isn’t backing down, so this should be a good game throughout.
